this happens to me a lot too, for me i dont think it is a testicular torsion, but i dont know what it is either. i think for me it usually has to do with exercise. i would recommend that you just take it easy for a little while and keep icing it. but when you ice it try to use something softer than an ice pack, i usually use some peas or lima beans only bad thing is that your crotch will smell a bit weird if you let them defrost there.
