a lot of russian agencies like foreigners as in their eyes, even neets have experience and will kiss foreign ass just to employ you. Just choose to live outside of the major cities or at least outside of the central parts of say moscow or something because rent can be super expensive. For example Kaliningrad is a fantastic choice. If you go, remember a HIV check is needed for a work visa so if your afraid of needles or something dont bother going.
