Fucking Hell, I can barely make it through a thread filled with cuck insults because of how cancerous it is, let alone imagining a mod keeping an entire record of someone and going through it on a regular basis.
I would wager that they probably keep an eye on people who have gotten banned for shit like CP, but that's about as far as I would care.
