I need some more hot sauce, the last I bought was Cholula and it's almost empty

Louisiana > Tabasco every time. Same taste profile for both, but more delayed, stronger kick, and better aftertaste

Regular Tabasco is great with breakfast foods. The habanero stuff is better on most everything else, IMO.
I can put the habanero stuff on saltines and just eat it that way. With regular Tabasco it wouldn't quite work. Partly due to the texture as well as the taste.
Tabasco & Encona West Indian are safe bets. I use Sriracha when I would use Ketchup (eggs, fries etc)

Keep in mind, the habanero is two to three times hotter than the regular one.
It's not face-meltingly hot like sauces that use pepper extracts, but it's hot.
