>Playing DayZ StandAlone when it first came out
>been running around collecting shit, pretty stacked with guns, clothes, food and gear
>in forest on hill eating beans watching for other players near shore
>see fresh spawn run into house
>Fuck it, haven't seen another player in a couple hours.
>make my way down the hill and creep into the back yard of the house, keeping my eyes on windows and exits
>see him kneeling in kitchen through window, put my rifle away and take out my pistol as I go inside
>"Ey buddy, need some gear?"
>no response
>"...buddy?"
>sprints past me outside house, leaves behind rotten banana
>as i inspect rotten banana all i hear is "GET DOWN ON THE FLOOR"
>i turn around with rotten banana in my hand too see 4 guys with rifles and motorcycle helmets on, and the fresh spawn that I just tried to greet
>I've invested like 6 hours into this character already so i dont wanna lose him to fuckers, so i put my rifle on the floor (pistol's in my pocket, they cant see it)
>Suddenly the motorcycle gang demands I add them on skype
>tell me to add them or theyll kill me
>fine
>theyre actually pretty chill guys
>we go around raiding and making other people join our skype call untill about 15 players are in the chat room
>still play with them today
