I'm a pretty avid user. Hundreds of trips and I started with three ln Saturday and it was rocky for a while. I also have a lot of shit going on right now. If you get too overwhelmed just sit down and focus on one thing. It really helps me to narrow my field of vision when things get weird

Also, what exactly is microdosing? how does it make you feel and how long does it usually last?
