Is late diagnosed (late 10's/early 20's) aspergers / mild autism essentially doom for men?
I'm beginning to think it is. There's no way to beat it.

Yep. Diagnosed at 17.
the only way out is to go further in.
You exist in the uncanny valley right now so nobody will want to be around you. Too autistic to live, too normal to die.
Go full blown autistic and stop trying to be normal.
Diagnosed at 25. It doesn't get any better.
Diagnosed at 12, I'm actually fairly well adjusted, social, charismatic, natural leader. Most people don't k realize I'm autistic.
Must suck to be you guys

How old are you now?
I'm 21 myself.
I was diagnosed at 22 a few months ago. I have no aspirations past NEETdom though, so it's not like I'm "doomed" at all. If anything, the possibility of autismbux will just make life more comfortable
