friend of mines friend went to school with the drummer from the strokes, got us free tickets to see a show in DC several years ago
also thought he was going to get us kicked out because he was literally trying to talk to the lead singer while he was performing to ask to come back stage and shit
eventually the drummer noticed him at the end of the show and got him up on stage, handed him the mic, and just left him standing there
