>tfw trying to do nofap and quitting porn in this oversexualized world
nothing can make me stop fapping dude
i've jerked off mercilessly for 7 years+, seen endless amounts of porn.
i get busy and stop sometimes but i always go back
i get a girlfriend but if she's gone for a couple days i relapse and fap three times in a row.
it never ends anon

I'm trying. I just recently went 12 days and cummed free hand just by thinking. My aim is 30 days.
Day 1 of no porn. I'm going to try to limit myself to fapping once a week just using my imagination and without death grip. As soon as I get on my computer I automatically open all my usual porn sites without even thinking. I have to make a conscious effort to stop this.

you think that's hard?
try /noInternet/
put on a metal chastity cage and weld it shut

8 years here
Longest I've gone was maybe 2.5 months one time
It's gotten bad enough that it's seriously impacted my life in a very negative way, especially over time. But I seriously just won't stop.
You get the itch and it's just so easy and instantaneous to scratch it, and in the short term nothing bad really happens because of it.

>7 years+
you're just a babby

If I don't jack off for 2 days I get really "itchy"
If I don't jack off for 3 days I get thirsty enough to rape a girl
If I don't jack off for 5 days my libido subsides. It comes back somewhere after a week dry, but I don't know exactly where because I haven't gone a week without jacking off in probably years. I need help but there's nobody to talk to, and nothing to say.

Been trying to give up porn since the start of the year. I can think of all the reasons I shouldn't watch porn but then my brain goes into autopilot and I give in. I don't even enjoy porn anymore, I can't binge. Every time I give in I go back to trying to give up. I can't go back to the days of placidly being a porn addict, I hate it too much. But actually giving it up forever requires a lot of willpower.

You're making an effort and that's admirable, Anon. I've read you should try and fill in the time you would normally spend looking at porn with more productive activities/hobbies. Working out, reading, writing, drawing, etc. That's what I'm trying to do, but like you said it's not the easiest thing in the world. Keep at it, if you really want to rid yourself of the habit then keep going until you do.

>my brain goes into autopilot and I give in.
That's your ego, he's a bastard.
Why did you stop fapping?
