Was on Win10. I tried to restore it to factory settings via dell back/recovery software and not through Microsoft's "You can always revert back to you old OS!"

Guessing because Win10 fucked up some drivers the dell software wasn't working properly. I'm stuck on a blue screen saying "my pc needs to be repaired" and I can't get off that screen
