There is no one true NEET life because it's up to the individual what they want to do with their time.
But normally NEETs have a few things in common. As they have no job, they either live with their parents, or on welfare. Either way, they don't have much money so you won't see them going out every day and do a lot of exciting things.
Anime, Manga, video games, 4chan, comic books, TV, are probably the most common NEET activities. Some will try their luck with cooking delicious, cheap, homemade meals (it makes sense if you don't have much money to blow on restaurants).
Some will sleep 14 hours a day because why not.
Some will get drunk every night.
