I just have them in their for winter. I have poor circulations, so my toes and fingers get cold easily. It's still somewhat cold out sometimes, but I haven't used them recently. I'll probably take them out of my backpack soon

OP, I had a recalcitrant ulcer for 2 years and tried everything under the sun; STOP taking ranitidine. Take a PPI instead. They're more effective and the side-effects of H2 blockers are insidious; gave me low T, depression, high prolactin. As soon as I stopped I felt like a new man.
