Finally a thread that isn't pure garbage. Kicking a porn addiction isn't easy though, especially not if you're a NEET and spend alot of time in places like this where you get porn thrown at you left and right. If spending less time at the computer isn't an option, i recommend playing some nice games that force you to focus or simply draw you in by being great. Hobbies are fantastic too, programming, music production and drawing etc. Essentially try to idle as little as possible, we are still monkeys and our thoughts will invariably drift towards naughty stuff. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't cultivate your sexuality, it's just about avoiding addiction which if anything kills real lust and makes things mechanical.
