I would assume its state where someone is unable to get over that feeling of being annoyed and instead of dealing with their own feelings they try to get rid of the thing that annoys them. For you that feeling is like speed bump, for them its a wall.

I gave into the mild giggles years ago. I can hardly get emotionally invested in this site if I try. I can see through the ruses. I giggle mildly. The torrents of argument with the witty backhanded jabs. I just giggle at everything. Even posting is hehehe

When sober I don't care much for people's opinions judgement values morals etc unless I can gain humor or something else typically schadenfreude shit since I stopped being a 4 year neat
