I'll give you the tl;dr since I'm sure you don't want to read a wall of text.
Communism is a description of a society that is classless, moneyless, and stateless, with common ownership of the means of production.
Anarchism is a method by which to identify, critique, and dismantle hierarchical institutions.
So, anarchist communists advocate the identification and dismantlement of hierarchical institutions including the state, capitalism, and so on in order to create a society that fits the communist description.
There is a lot more to it than that (books and books of theory), but that should give you the basic idea.

Anarchism has always been left wing. "Anarcho-capitalists" are anarchists in the same way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_2XyoxK-uE or the nazis were socialists. They appropriate the terminology of libertarianism in the same way that fascists appropriate left wing and labour terminology. The first person to use the term libertarian was an anarcho-communist called Joseph Dejacque.
