Honestly? pretty badly. I had high hopes that after I left my job I might be able to write music with all the time I have off, but there's not a lot of inspiration to write music. Any inspiration I get is stamped out usually after about the first verse of lyrics
the other thing is usually I write about what I want, now that I have what I want I'm not tortured enough to write about having it. Also I usually write when I'm alone and I'm not really alone anymore. I wrote one song and I haven't recorded it yet
every time I look at my channel I'm just like "jesus christ why did I upload this? I sound like a prepubescent boy" "Was I sick when I recorded this?" "why is it so hard to smile? Can I not be arsed to look like I give a fuck about it?"
so in about a year not only have I not uploaded anything, I have been taking videos down.

I've made it to 70,000 subscribers. I was on a decline last year where I was barely getting over 5,000 views and under 100 comments. My average view count now is around 8,000. It's slightly better than last year's year. If I reach 75,000 subscribers I'll review an anime while eating a ghost pepper.
I do about 2 videos a month . Recently started doing a talkshow about anime on Twitch with people I met in college. I feel happier about my videos now than last year since I really feel like I have up'd the quality and I'm starting to work more with others.

I never get a video to have a high viewcount on the month it's released. It's over a course of months that my videos start getting over 10,000 views.

I tried doing lots of shit there, animations, flash game reviews (mostly use Youtube for my now dead blog), Music creation, and of course weeb games lets plays (I am still doing the last one). I delete everything I make after some months because no one watches and I become embarrassed of how bad my videos are. My most views video had something like 1k views. One thing I dont understand is one of my subscribers is a game parody music channel with more than 500k subs. I dont understand why they subscribed to my channel. Probably when I had some videos of my crappy music. I like to think that I helped them get the inspiration to make them grow.
