Chad can work out constantly if he wants to, if he wants that sort of physique. Or he can spend 20-30 minutes a day staying fit, if he'd rather go ottermode. Women will go for any type of "fit" body as long as it's in shape and attached to an attractive face.
The point that people here are trying to make is that being Chad is not about being the most attractive guy in the room, or even being impossibly attractive. Being Chad is about being confident and charismatic, and about owning all of your actions and not worrying about what others think of them. It's about not needing validation from individual women, or from other men, or from normies or fashion or whatever. Chad decides what he wants and takes actions to get it. And he does it while also being fit and attractive and rich and funny, but those are all incidental.

I look like a rat.
I picked out a clothing style I liked and felt comfortable in, and works for the social groups I hang around with/aim to hang with. I worked out so I was muscular and strong without being big because it wouldn't suit my frame. I got a good haircut which suits my facial shape (if you balding, shave that shit off). I kept myself clean shaven because my hair genetics suck, no crying about something that can't be. I have a skincare routine (so does Chad, it's not automatic).
Plus I spent time grinding out socialising late. I achieved making friends after no friends for years at 24. Most people will be friends with you just for listening to what they have to say on a regular basis and seeming interested. That's all friendship is, it's not hard.
You guys are just fucking whiners, I put the effort in and went from friendless ugly loser to a popular guy with a girlfriend in the space of a few years. My only regret is being too stupid to realise you get out what you put in sooner.
