to be fair i was 440 lbs 3 and a half months ago so i am making an effort to change, but i have no motivation whatsoever to live or exercise or cook so i'm simply starving myself by making sure there is no food in the house, if there is food in the house i will NOT be able to resist, i am completely addicted and my equally fat parents who adopt that same 'fat acceptance' mentality enabled it my entire life which is why i was a 300+ lbs even at 10 years old
