They make acetaminophen-codeine pills which work great for pain relief. I've had headache who resisted to ibuprofen and acetaminophen and only could be solved by acetaminophen-codeine. They work great together.

I have 1000ug of LSD and I plan to ingest some next week. How much should I take to have a great trip?
My first time I tripped at I believe was 150ug, it blew my mind.
Since then, I believe I've taken up to 250ug but all other trips weren't nearly as great as the first. I probably didn't take long enough tolerance breaks.
It has been 6 or 7 months since I've last taken LSD, and 4 months since I've taken shrooms.

Took dxm a few nights ago my first time. 350mg. Was expecting a bad result since I have a dissociative disorder and anxiety disorder which shouldn't mix well with a dissociate pice drug like dxm, but I had a blast. It felt good to escape from life, I had no idea what was going on at one point and it felt great since my mind is always racing and trying to focus.
Took two bars, 200mg tramadol, and am hitting my bong tonight, so I'm feeling pretty good atm. Haven't touched H in two weeks, sort of miss it but bars and weed is a lot cheaper and lasts longer.

Im high on being sober for a month straight seriously i was high almost daily from 17-25 on either weed booze or oxy and just being sober feels like being high cause its so different and thinking is so much clearer it feels like a high in itself

I found myself a full bottle stash of Oxycodone 5mg with 325 Acetaminophen. My dad injured his hip and had to get replacement surgery, but he never touched the painkillers.
I did 10mg of the Oxy earlier today which was two pills, I looked around on erowid and did research first so I did them on an empty stomach, then crushed them up first then swallowed of course because of the quicker release. I had zero tolerance and never done any opiates before and I must say that felt so fucking good. My entire body felt nice and relaxed. Whenever I stood up to walk I could have barely feel my legs.
I can see how people can get easily addicted to this because I feel like doing some more right now, but I don't want to build up a tolerance and get withdrawal symptoms when I stop.
I'll probably wait a week and then do 15mg this time, I also might try mix them with a little alcohol to potentiate the drug, but a little concerned about mixing the acetaminophen and alcohol because that'll fuck up my liver.
