Why did you even get involved in this sector of work? shopping centers depending on the size can be a real headache. And it's a well known fact lots of people especially criminals won't listen to a women let alone feel fear. I've had to subdue many people and have had women try to kick and punch me, the men i subdued i had to get another help since they are often meth-addicts.
I'm also 6ft and a thin guy, though i do a lot of strength-training so throwing around a man my size isn't the hardest thing to do.

That's how it is at most places, though it depends greatly on the stores policy and the works. If alcohol is involved for instance it's always two guards (Not talking about club-work).
