when you start experiencing the spooks just laugh in your head really loud. even if its the most bullshit fake "HA. HAAAAA HA HA." just scream it at the top of your mindlungs. then the spooks are just like. "oh, it likes us. time for fun, time for fun!" and they stop being spooky.
