also op i know it's gay, but touch your butthole, and if you feel a small lump, it's an exposed vein (which is what a hemorrhoid is). you can just push it back in.
if the pain you feel when you poo is kinda dull, i'm almost certain it's a hemorrhoid. sometimes the pain extends to just sitting, laying down, etc.
sometimes the pain makes you feel like you have to take an additional shit or something too.
