It only happens to me around the 2-3 week mark. I looked into it the first time it happened and I guess it's an uncommon occurence in men when abstaining from fapping, usually guys excerete at night like you. So I fap ~once a week, and it doesn't affect my libido/energy any of the other stuff that comes with chronic fapping. Honestly I think it's better to rub one out once in a while than to make your body excrete the excess.
