I have similar diagnosis. Actually diagnosed as mixed bipolar and schizoaffective by another doctor before that. Many of them have trouble grasping the reality we can live in but some can be helpful. Old white men seem to have more of a clue from my experience. The worst was an Indian woman. She pissed me off.
