Haha. I'm a physics major, I thought the guys in the phys department were bad. Then I took a class required for the comp sci major as an elective...ho-lee-sheet. It was awful.
Major doesn't determine intelligence. I ended up with a psychologist and he's the smartest guy I've met.
work ethic and autist level obsession =/= intelligence.
If major matters to you, try chemistry. Smart but more likely to be okay-adjusted, biochem especially. Or just meet people at interest clubs.
