Hopefully you can get it out naturally. I was drinking way too much milk and other dry foods without any fiber and after not poop for 3 days, I had these stools that were as hard as a fucking literal rock on the ground. How do I know how hard they were? because I had to lube up my ass, put on rubber glove, and pull them out small piece by piece. They cut up my parts pretty bad upon exit because of the jagged rock like nature of them.
Turns out a healthy diet is worthwhile.
