South Raleigh sucks, Cary and North Raleigh are nice but expensive, most new people live in places like Garner and Fuquay-Varina.

Asheville is a much better place to visit than live.
Rent is really high, occupancy rate is like 1%, apartments going up are all overpriced which then drove up even the older shittier complexes.
The job market is terrible because it's a tourist town, so don't move unless you have a job lined up, unless you think you can live on restaurant shit.
