I'm 23 and a NEET ever since high school ended. I'm also severely mentally ill and can barely leave the house to attend my doctors appointments. My meds aren't strong enough and I'm on the highest possible dosage.
Even when I was in high school, I was an awkward outcast who ate lunch alone and walked the halls in the morning or read books in the library when it wasn't overly crowded. I never had a chance.
My parents have been pressuring me lately to either get a job or attend community college. And I'd rather die than be around people.
So yeah, I'll probably kill myself before I become a wizard. There never was much hope for me.

I may not have much but, I take care of him to my best of my abilities. I cook for him as much as I can, I even cook when his friends come over. Every week I clean his apartment to perfection. Wear cute clothes for him and do my hair to his liking. Wash and iron his clothes. I buy half of his groceries. Always give him great gifts for every holiday. I rubbed his back or combed his hair for hours at a time while he relaxes. We have sex whenever he wants.
I might be neet but, one time I had a job and know how to work hard.

As nice as a housewife would be, ya gotta realize any man with financial assets will recognize a housewife as a major liability... after a few years together, you could pretty much divorce him for any reason, and use his money to pay a lawyer who will convince a court to make him support you for the rest of his life. At least when two partners have similar income, there's less risk of ruinous theft-by-divorce.

I'm 29. I would never divorce him plus, his mother offers me a job were I could make more money then him in the future. Neither. The housewife is great, but she's a liability because the day she wants to split, a court will literally award her lifetime payments as "back wages", full custody of the kids (plus child support) and leave her in your house "for the good of the children".

There's nothing really wrong with a career woman, as long as she doesn't have an "oopsie" with her birth control and divorce rape you. If anything, you can use her to take care of half the household expenses. Just keep enough of a nest egg to make a clean break if you have to flee in the night, and keep your finances completely separate.
