how do you deal with the chronic headaches from sitting in front of a monitor all day everyday?
I never get headaches. You are probably very stressed. The only cure is either aleve or to relax yourself.

I just tough through them and hope I don't have a brain tumor.
I also have a toothache in the back right corner of my lower jaw, and it isn't going away. I don't have dental insurance so any operation I might need is coming out of my pocketbook.

Only happens when I don't sit right for a while. Then I pop some headache meds

I also get headaches from staring at a computer for too long. Turns out I'm slightly farsighted. It isn't enough that I can't see well up close though.
Get your eyes checked, maybe you have the same problem as I do. In that case, I've been told by my optometrist that a light reading prescription will solve it.
If you get then you're doing something wrong.
Take regular breaks.
