Well, the base of my marinade is a tandoori mix spice, it has a colour like pic related.
I fill half a bowl of it, then put 2-3 spoons of gray pepper. Finally I use a mix of chili peppers that were dried and grinded, most of it is made of pili-pili but you can also had a bit of others peppers depending of the taste.
The chili mix is really strong, so I only use a teaspoon of it.
Finally I use olive oil with it until ot become viscous then use water to make it more liquid.
You then take your meat, tenderize it with the hammer and massage it with the marinade and let it rest a day in 4 Celsius degrees.
