Currently the very ends of my hair barely touch my shoulders. If there was no social stigma against it I'd literally never cut my hair again. Realistically I'll probably stop when it gets to be at like upper back length

I have curly hair.
It was pretty thick but I for some reason, I never knew that I was suppose to wash it 2 or 3 times a week. I used to wash it everyday and it started to thin out.
I decided to change all of that. I got a good trim (to start fresh), started to wash my hair twice a week, condition it more often (on the tips, not scalp), only comb hair when it is wet, and apply argan oil to the scalp. I do use an organic hair thickening shampoo though.
It's currently thicker than the low point I had back in the fall, but it is not as thick as it was 5 years ago. Still, I think if I keep trying, it will eventually reach its former glory.

My hair began to thin on top a few months ago. Im not on fin because that jewish shit has a high risk of fucking up your sexual chemistry. But I do use Nizoral and after a few weeks I noticed that the thinning has stopped and it looks just a tiny bit fuller. I also use a keratin conditioner and apply on top of hair (not on scalp) and it boosts my hair
