A few reasons
1) I don't care about maintaining friendships because they'll only betray or desert me in the end, as they always have in the past.
2) Those people who apparently think of me as a friend are completely different from me culturally. They're all normalfags who live a life I could never dream of having, so there's very little in common. With these "friends" I tend to end up being typecast in some kind of demeaning jester role because I'm relatively eccentric in my viewpoints, I become entertainment instead of a companion.
and 3) Since I'm scum I'm unworthy of experiencing true friendship. Anyone who truly, honestly, and loyally considers me a friend deserves much better and I'm doing them a favour by keeping myself out of their life; they'd be much happier and fulfilled without me around even if they don't realise it yet.

I don't know how to refute the other points, but as far as the first one goes, that's a bad way to think about it. Everything is going to end one day, but you can still enjoy it while it lasts. That line of thought you have is going to make you kill yourself. Probably because you think life is pointless.

The problem isn't so much that they'll end and fade away, it's that they'll end with betrayal or desertion. They'll either turn on me when I least expect, or they'll ditch me when I least expect, leaving me in a really bad position.
Better that I never afford them that opportunity and keep my distance at all times. After all, people, normies especially, are inherently treacherous and self-serving. Give them an inch, and they'll fuck you over and bleed you dry before they walk away laughing at you begging for help in a ditch.
