Walmart deli is where it's at. 3-4 chicken tenders, 2 sides, and a dinner roll for $3.98. You can get dipping sauces for 35 cents and they have a shit ton of drinks to choose from for $1 because it's Walmart.
I don't like tendies.

They also have wings and General Tso's chicken. You can get an entire rotisserie chicken in several different types of marinade for $5 as well.

The frozen buffalo and sriricha tendies are pretty bad. Little to no flavor; just get the regular ones. Considering learning how to make homemade ones because paying $8 for a bag that I get 2 meals out of is putting a dent in my EBT.

for frozen, I like tyson with extra cruelty. ranch or mayo for sauce.

My favorite tendies are Tysons buffalo chicken strips.
They have enough kick to keep me interested, with a nice clean body of meat to anchor them down to earth. I don't like bland food, so me saying they have enough kick is meaningful. I already tried the Nashville Style Hot Chicken at KFC and thought those were bland and boring.
They're also pretty cheap at Walmart.

Alright, fuck. I went to Wal-mart. I remembered why I don't go to Wal-mart.
I forgot about all the methheads and next-fucking-level landwhales that would be there. So that was kind of entertaining. And I shit you not, a shortbus parked in a handicap spot while i was walking in. They all went to the mcdonalds that was in the front of the wal-mart. That's gotta be a shitty job. You work at a McDonalds, IN A WALMART, and you have to serve field-trip tards. Sounds great. Anyways I went up to the deli counter, one person in front of me in line. She orders, gets her food, leaves. Fucking counter-person then walks away without saying anything, and I call after, "Excuse me?" She literally waves me off without a word and then talks to her manager or some shit behind the counter for like 4 minutes about something retardedly simple and totally not time-sensitive. Fuckin' whatever man, I'm here now. Also I noticed they didn't even have any motherfucking tendies!!!!!!!! Anyways I got the general Tso's style chicken, cause it looked pretty good. I wanted about a pound so I could get like 2 meals out of it, but they literally only had .66 lb, which is obviously what I ended up getting. Went over to the checkout line and had to wait like 5 minutes to fucking get to a self-checkout because Walmart is crowded as fucking shit what the fuck. At least I got to see some interesting specimens. Fucking check out with my chicken and my $1 loaf of french bread that I grabbed (hell yiss). Gonna make garlic bread later.
Overall the chicken was okay. Yeah its cheap but god damn what a fucking hassle.

ok i'm a little late to the party but the Wings Over chain has the best tendies this side of anywhere. they call they boneless wings, but we can see right through that. there are so many sauces and combos and it is relatively inexpensive and delivery if super speedy. if there is one near you (might be North East USA only) i highly recommend
