Somehow I always avoided completely fucking up my sleep schedule. Sometimes I'll slip if I'm heavilhy into a series or playing online and end up going to sleep at 4 am, but generally, by midnight/1 AM, I'm asleep

How long do you usually wait until the next day to crash?

Well considering I have class till 2:00 and then I'm gonna vote after that, probably around 4:00pm or so. I feel like hell rn lads.

I couldn't sleep the night before last, stayed awake all day, went to bed last night expecting to sleep 10+ hours.
I slept a whopping 4.
