I tried scaring it away with loud noises, it didn't run, I think it has rabies.

Unless this isn't a ruse, I don't know what you can do OP. Maybe try putting up some simple mouse traps and put nuts on it? Or whatever squirrels eat.
squirrels and other small herbivores very rarely carry rabies. an encounter with a rabid animal usually means death for them.
I don't actually know how to deal with squirrels, but what I would do is make a trail of food out the door and then be super quiet so it's not scared to follow the trail. Not sure if a food trail would be successful, but at least but some food outside the open door so it's drawn out there. You can use any type of food, but I would go for rich, fatty, unhealthy, strong-smelling food.
Just leave doors, windows open, stop moving so much you force the squirrel to stay hidden scared because of that, just stay somewhere in peace as long as no human stranger will come in your house depending on the area, or leave a trail of food >>27160557, may some nuts or anything they could grab but not shit like bread.
