Well, I've planned my NEEThood so that my income was well above my basic living threshold, so extensive bills never really came up.
But, I'd just put it on the credit card and pay it off later.

Regardless of who you are, it's good to save enough money you aren't in situations like this if at all possible. Obviously, you already are so it's too late for that.
Your only hope is to borrow money at this point, even work is out of the question since it would take a couple weeks (probably) for a paycheck. If you have family they are a good bet. I'm unsure where you can get it, payday loan places might only offer loans to people who have jobs. I've never been to one so idk.
