You do movie 1 with doomsday btfoing other DC heroes and have the money shot fight after that and end the movie with Lois holding his body crying, focus on the torn cape blowing in the wind fade to black
Movie 2 you do the funeral, flesh out the justice league characters, have them confront some of superman's villains for your action scenes, introduce the origins of the other superman, discover the body is gone, post credits stinger of someone in blue with a red cape flying in the distance
And movie 3 just do reign of the supermen
