I'm 26, I rarely ever get zits or pimples anymore ever since I changed my diet, but when I do its almost always after binging sugary junk food

If that doesn't work, modify your eating habits and environmental hygiene (anything that touches your face)
If none of that works, you're fucked and get over it period. But at least you tried everything.

seriously. I knew a guy growing up who had the worst diet ever, he would never drink water and never ate fruit or anything remotely healthy. He never got acne at all, not a single spot
Well all these are valid stressors of acne, they're worth trying out. But yeah, some people are genetically fucked and just get acne anyways. Used to get it really bad, but then I stopped leaning on my face with my hand while I dicked around on the internet. I still get some acne here and there, but I just scrape it off. Leaves me with lots of acne scars.
