I waited until they were still partying at 1am agaion and then played my own music at 10x the volume for 10 minutes or so. Someone called the cops.
By the time they finally got here only dumbass people upstairs still had music on.
Cops went to talk to them. Arrest them for all their druggie shit sitting in the open.
No more loud neighbours and I didn't even have to talk with anyone.
