baked tendies
>grease an oven safe pan
>preheat oven to 375F
>mix together some panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper
>crack an egg and mix it with a little buttermilk
>dip both sides of tender into egg mixture
>dip wet tender into crumb mixture
>place on pan
>bake at 375F for 15 min
For 500g chicken you need:

>1/3 cup buttermilk
>1 1/2 cups panko
>1 tsp garlic powder, paprika, cayenne
