a dude i sell weed to is schizophrenic. he barricades himself in his apartment every night. he has a patch of thin hair on his temple and he thinks the government cut his skull opened and removed part of his brain. he thinks people get kidnapped and are replaced with clones. he said he was out jogging one day and a drone was following him home. what else.. oh he thinks his apartment is bugged. and that there are animals living in built in to the wall AC unit

I'm sure the guides I used are still floating around somewhere, but its honestly just practice and work. I read a bunch of guides and kinda combined them for my own method. It's really not hard it just takes a bit of work over the course of weeks/months just working on it when you can and once you've formed one it really just stays with you unless you ignore it for awhile

also the tulpa.info forums hold a good bit of information if you take the time to look
