Find/get a tent or at least buy a tarp, bare minimum some plastic or something. Walk to the closest wooded area and go in far enough so you won't be noticed and live semi innawoods, coming out during the day to get supplies. Dig a little into the ground and string your tarp or something else over a tree or something, and but the blanket on the ground making a makeshift tent. Remember, the ground is cold. It'd be nice to buy those mylar space blankets from Walmart, they're probably like a few bucks, and use them to reflect heat from a small fire.
You should be able to find a pot or something to cook on. Even soda cans with the tops cut off work. You should buy enough ramen to survive a while.
