I used to think I was hungry skeleton but I'm more skinny fat than anything. I'm starting to wonder if I have an unintentional eating disorder though, because I just threw up a really nice breakfast and after thinking for a bit, I realize I've thrown up way more meals in the last few months than is probably healthy.

It's odd, I always used to think I was a skelly as well before with 61kg at 5'10". Even now at 64-65kg I don't see a significant difference between OP's pic and myself other than a bit more defined muscle tone simply due to 7%BF.Sometimes I wonder if it's some form of BDD, but it's more likely I'm just used to how my body looks and disregard it as insignificant or something. I think my arms in particular look pathetically thin, the rest could be worse - but also a lot better.
