I oly lift and my iwf is around 250 (225 total). It's the only thing that keep me alive.
Used to then it made huge veins pop on my temples so now I'm afraid it's gonna make them pop them out even more.
I run daily and do calisthenics every 2 days. I'm old now, my exercise is about staying healthy I don't care about my body being ripped.
