HOW DO YOU MEET PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL/COLLEGE?
I graduated a while ago but I've only just realised there's nowhere for me to meet people other than some gross aussie nightclub here
I want to meet girls and shit and my social skills aren't bad once I get past the anxiety

The best friendly relationships I made as a young adult were with people in 2 different olympic weightlifting clubs. It's like we're all broken in some way there and I met a lot of very interesting and trustworthy people.
Avoid crossfiters though they're all douches.

Clubs,churches, hobby classes and/or other community gatherings
So short of it: look online or at local college boards and try and find social clubs or groups gathering that you like to be a part of.

I got into sport shooting but there's just old people there and one fat 16 year old who I'm pretty sure browses /k/, though I've never talked to him
good idea with the social clubs
I graduated in May and I haven't done a single social thing since then. I literally have no friends and no life outside of work.

Things needed for friendship are constant unplanned interactions.
Frequent a coffee shop or place you like and chat with people who are regulars. Join a gym and do the same. Say you're new in town. Pick a social activity like a martial art or something where you're forced to interact with others while sparring etc. Work isn't really a place to meet friends you'll see outside of work unless you're young and work retail or burgerflipping jobs.
