It's far more probable to be an OS font change. Doesn't mean it's not fake. Just that it's not image manipulated.
There's even guides on how to fake these that produce indistinguishable results so I don't see what kind of moron would change the font if they wanted to fool someone.

My point is that sending a snap using amateur porn or a raw nude and capturing it is easier than image manipulation. And it'd make more sense. You're clearly not fixing your text well. Which I get, I'm not criticising. But if you get all do the details well aside from the font I don't see why you'd use a completely different font like that pic we started arguing about. It makes no sense.
It's not about how plausible an image manipulation is. It's about how good it was aside from the glaring flaw.
