Daily reminder that acne can be cured by:
A) Avoid consuming anything with added sugar (including from concentrate juice)
B) Rub shea butter with frankincense all over your face nightly. It will absorb by the time you wake up and rejuvenate your face. They sell it in tubs like this or you can make/mix your own.
C) Change pillow case or put a t shirt over your pillow every day
The following make acne worse:
A) Washing your face. It dries out your skin causing it to produce more secretions. Only wash your face once a week.
B) Acne creams. Doesn't do much of shit except give you more zits and dry out our face.

my skin is stubborn as fuck. I was on accutane twice in high school and it still came back in my adult life.
I've been using this for about 8 months. It's by far the best skin product I've ever used and I've tried fucking everything. It's OTC so you can pretty much find it anywhere.

It only ruins cloth. The worst it can do to your face is make your eyebrows blond. But thats only if you leave it on for 30 mins, which I doubt anyone will do. Even 2% liquid hydrogen peroxide has a bit of a habit of bleaching the skin of your fingertips white when used excessively in first aid treatment.
