Normies constantly cut in front of me while I'm getting on the bus like I'm invisible, so I've started messing with them. I need more ideas.

If it's on the aisle- half-sit on the bag, shoving it over a little with your ass, without asking. If it's on the window- step right past the person without asking and sit on their bag slowly enough for them to move it.
Both are socially acceptable enough to get away with.
