pretty much fit all the criteria, I have anxiety disorder its like the same thing
I almost got diagnosed with it, but apparently I was too young.

Never been diagnosed but I'd guess odds are high. Live in the middle of nowhere, working on my parents farm tho, so the social stuff has never been a problem.

Not that anon, but how sure are you about that? I have "old" friends I haven't seen for a long time and sometimes reach out to them but always drop that shit the moment they actually accept or after just one meeting.

If you haven't even seen those "friends" in a long time then I would not consider them your friends anymore. They sound more like remote acquaintances or former colleagues.
Avoiding such meetings is also something I also do, when being put into the situation, and I have almost maxed out my avoidance skill.
