I have some shitty diploma thing and recruiters and my employers just act as though its a degree. So in a year time and a degree would be worthless next to my experience I might as well just say I have one I think a lot of people do. There was that guy who was in charge of a huge NHS trust who lied about his for years and only got caught out because he was trying to become really high up.
I got a shit job for 14k after 7 months I got a better one for 16k, pay rise to 17 after 3 months pay rise to 19k after 5 months. I have just been offered a new job for 22k. I have looked online and jobs asking for 1-2 years experience in my new job pay 25k-35k

The point people are making though lad is that the progression from like 25k a year to 30-40 is that you can't just be a hard worker, you need to have some specialized skill which makes you worthy of that extra money, which is usually because you studied a degree, or you have like 10 years experience doing a specific thing.
Of course, no one knows what the future holds and I wish you all the best, but you've got to consider what makes you worthy of an extra 10k a year above some other chump in your position.

Degrees don't qualify you to do anything unless its a masters in bio-chemical engineering etc. Even if I finished my degree I would not be more qualified for my job or any other job. A degree can help you get your first proper job but not much else unless it is super good
